Organizing all your little scraps of card stock and patterned papers doesn't really require a whole lot of planning, at least that's my opinion. I keep mine in gallon sized zip-lock bags organized by color. Yet again, I am showing you this picture of my Jet Max cube wall -

The top row of Cropper Hopper paper holders house my individual sheets of patterned papers grouped by color. In the front of each Cropper Hopper is the zip-lock bag with the scraps for that particular color. Works beautifully!

My solid color cardstock scraps are also in zip-lock bags by color. I keep them in an Iris plastic drawer unit like these which are in the closet, except it's under my desk right at my finger tips.

File folders like these work well, too.

And plastic envelopes like these are a neat idea.

You could also slip the scraps into page protectors and keep them in a ring binder.

Or keep them in magazine boxes like these.

Or, you could just throw them on the floor like some individual did here.

C'mon now, 'fess up. Do you organize your scraps or just throw them together in a jumble?

Large scraps go back in with their appropriate collection or are made into cards. Small scraps (but not too small) are filed by ROYGBIV in a photo box.

I put all my scraps in 2 gallon baggies and keep them sorted by color on top of the papers that are the same color. That way whenever I reach for my papers, my scraps are right there so I remember to use them.
